How do I place an order?
Click on "Order" and enter the information within the form and click "Submit." You will receive an email confirmation that your initial order request has been received. A Cater Agent will contact you to review agreements and confirm your catering order.
How do I make a payment?
Once you've worked with one of our agents on your catering order, you will receive your invoices via email along with a link to enter your credit card information to complete the payment over a secured payment process managed by Bank of America Merchant Services. A 30% deposit is required to hold your order and full payment is due within 24 to 48 hours of the event.
How far in advance of the event do I need to place an order?
CaterAgent will take orders 48 hours or more prior to the event date. If your event is taking place in less than 48 hours we will work with you on a case by case basis.
Can I request on-site service and catering supplies for my event?
Yes! CaterAgent is a full service catering service. We take care of every detail with customers from conception to completion. We have an excellent staff that will handle the delivery and set up of your catering order. To add catering supplies such as stands, sternos, plates and utensils, just make a request as part of your order and it will be itemized on your invoice as an additional charge.
